This installation of the Art Gallery is dedicated to the artwork of Miss Frency Blanch, creator of 16 Magazine's feature "Frenchy's Freakies." The column ran monthly in both "16" and "Spec" from the mid '60s to around 1970, while her illustrations continued to appear 'til the middle '70s.
